The C.S. Lewis Bible

16 Apr

I just heard this morning that they are printing (have printed) a “C.S. Lewis Bible.” Ack, how tasteless. It is akin to wearing a shirt with a rapper’s face on the front. Dear America: Items that we use for life do not improve when they have your favorite person on the front.

I am reading: C.S Lewis The last battle. I would be open to the bible because it’s just new information. I can scratch it if I don’t like it. That is all. Great post. Love your comment. LOL

Jackie, I looked you up through your Gravatar. I like your “Turn Offs” section from your “Spiritual Network” sight. Very insightful.

These are just great turn offs to have:
“un Justice, animal abuse, people who are homeless- we need to stand up to these.”

Keep up the good work, Jackie.

When children come clapping their hands and crying out, “To-day is the good Saturnalia,” do we say, “The Saturnalia are not good?” By no means, but we clap our hands also. Do you also then, when you are not able to make a man change his mind, be assured that he is a child, and clap your hands with him, and if you do not choose to do this, keep silent.

While confused about this assortment of comments, I am definitely with you on this.
